We had our final team meeting and training session prior to leaving on April 10th. Katie made lodging and meeting arrangements for us. We met up Friday night for dinner at Travelers in Amherst. Russ and Chris spent the night with Katie's parents, Tom and Donna Meeks, while Ashley and Jose spent the night at Katie's house.

Saturday we went to the library in Lynchburg for our team meeting. We practiced doing our presentations SEVERAL times during the day. In addition we finalized a video we will be showing at District 4590's District Conference and made a final decision on our team uniforms (you will have to check back later to see us in our uniforms).

Prior to going to lunch Ashley opened her Skype account and noticed that Miguel (the GSE coordinator in Brazil for District 4590) was on line. We Skyped him and introduced our selves to him and his daughter.

We have exactly three weeks from our last meeting until we leave on May 1st.
